Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. TRANSIT TIME & DELIVERY
Transit Time: Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Total Delivery Time: Estimated at 5–7 business days (Handling + Transit).

Please note that delivery schedules may vary based on your specific location within the UK and during peak holiday seasons.

3. ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT) Greenwich Mean Time (London).

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same day. Orders received after this time will start processing the following business day.

4. SHIPPING COSTS & LOCATIONS
Shipping Cost: We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders.

Domestic Only: Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. SHIPPING CARRIERS
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your order reaches you safely:

Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

6. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. DELIVERY ACCURACY
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Vibe Vault Limited is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery at zaylocarts@gmail.com. Please keep all original packaging and provide photos of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
